Hope For Those Suffering From Chronic Disease

Hi, my name is Dr. Gaetano Morello. I’m a a licensed naturopathic physician here in in, in Vancouver. And for the last three, two years I’ve been practicing naturopathic medicine. And for the last 12 years I’ve been working at BC Women’s Hospital treating complex chronic diseases. Now these are conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, myalgia, encephalomyelitis, and even chronic Lyme disease. And now we’re even get seeing long covid with very similar symptoms. These symptoms are fatigue, post exertion, malas, uh, IBS symptoms, cognitive dysfunction, brain fog, memory loss, an inability to sleep. Currently I have a two and a half year wait list. Why is the wait list so long for these complex chronic diseases? It’s because a lot of these patients, their needs have not been met. And one of the things I really do appreciate when I interview these patients is how much they appreciate the knowledge they give them. The education I share with them, and some of the stories they tell me is, I’ve been to so many different places, so many different doctors all over the world, some of them, and finally I get the information I want. Finally, I understand my symptoms. Finally, I understand my condition and I’m going, wow. They, you haven’t, this stuff hasn’t been shared with you in the past. So one of the things I wanna do with this channel is really share that information with you. You don’t have to wait 24 months to come see me, ’cause I’m gonna come to you. So you can have, or you can do what needs to be done. And that is understand that the body has a nail ability to heal itself. If you give it the right environment.
