Description

Resveratrol is a polyphenol compound found in grapes (in the skin), cocoa powder, dark chocolate, peanuts, nuts, and blueberries. Resveratrol is thought to activate sirtuin 1, an enzyme system that promotes longevity by enhancing autophagy and other anti-aging actions.
