Description

Red clover contains high amounts of phytoestrogens, naturally occurring plant compounds that bind to estrogen receptor sites in humans. The four principal phytoestrogens in red clover are isoflavones: formononetin, daidzein, biochanin, and genistein. Red clover’s isoflavone content is typically up to 10 times higher than soy.
