Description

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that plays a major role in determining the integrity and fluidity of cell membranes, especially in the brain. Insufficient production of phosphatidylserine is linked to depression and/or impaired mental function in the elderly.

  • Phosphatidylcholine: 45 mg.
  • Phosphatidyethanolamine: 25 mg.
  • Phosphatidylinositol: 5 mg.

Dosage

The typical dosage is 100 mg of phosphatidylserine, taken three times daily.
