Health Benefits

MSM promotes joint health by reducing inflammation and aiding in the stabilization of the connective tissue matrix of cartilage tendons and ligaments. Human clinical studies have validated the benefits of MSM in improving joint health. Though effective on its own, even better results were observed when MSM was combined with glucosamine sulfate.
