Description

Chlorophyll is the green pigment found in plant cells, essential for photosynthesis. In supplement form, chlorophyllin (water-soluble) is commonly used, though fat-soluble chlorophyll is also available in fresh greens and powders.

Health Benefits

Chlorophyllin soothes the gastrointestinal tract and reduces fecal odour. Fat-soluble chlorophyll may stimulate red blood cell production.
