It’s validated, uh, proven accurate. You can’t cheat on it. And we’ve tested nearly half a million people and we’d like you to do the test. It is free and it shows you exactly where your cognition is at right now. The next thing that happens when you do the test is you’ll fill in a questionnaire. It’s called the cognition questionnaire, and it asks you question about your diet and lifestyle. Because what we’ve learned is there are eight drivers, eight domains of brain health. These are eating low carbs and low gl or glycemic load. Optimizing your intake of brain fats of b, vitamins of antioxidants, having a healthy gut, having an active body, having an active mind, and sleeping well and being calm, less stress. And when you do the tests, it will show you your score in each domain. Uh, red is not good and green is good. That’s what you’re shooting for, to get all your cogs into the green. So you’ll learn where to focus for the biggest bang for your buck. What’s the thing that’s gonna make the biggest difference to your cognition, your mental health, your memory, your mood and mental clarity. And that’s our goal is to help people like you to optimize your brain health, your mental health. So please take the tasks and tell everyone you know to do the same. It’s free.
